ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak
- 4 ciabatta rolls
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh tarragon, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 large red potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Season steak with salt and pepper, grill to desired doneness. Let rest.
