"Golden Butter Buns"

Soft, buttery brioche buns, perfect for hamburgers or sliders. These homemade buns have a light texture with a hint of sweetness, adding a touch of decadence to your favorite burger.

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- ¾ cup warm milk
- 3 large eggs

In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk and let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Make a well in the center.

Add eggs, melted butter, and yeast mixture into the well. Stir until the dough comes together.

Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.

Punch down the dough and divide it into 8 equal portions. Shape each portion into a round bun.

Place the buns on a lined baking sheet, cover them loosely with plastic wrap, and allow them to rise for another 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush the buns with beaten egg wash.
