Flavorful Ginger Chicken Fried Rice

- 2 cups cooked long-grain jasmine rice
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon tamari sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon chili oil
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
