ingredients
- 5 lbs Pale Malt
- 2 lbs Wheat Malt
- 1 lb Corn
- 0.5 lb Crystal Malt
- 1 oz Cascade Hops
- 1 oz Amarillo Hops
- 1 Packet Ale Yeast
- Water
- Priming Sugar
steps
- 1.
Mash the grains and corn at 152°F for 60 minutes
- 2.
Sparge with water at 170°F
- 3.
Boil wort, adding Cascade hops
- 4.
After 45 minutes, add Amarillo hops
- 5.
Chill wort, transfer to fermenter, pitch yeast
- 6.
Ferment for 2 weeks, then bottle with priming sugar
- 7.
Allow to carbonate for 2 weeks before enjoying
