Juicy grilled steaks marinated in fresh citrus juices and aromatic herbs for a burst of flavor in every bite. Perfectly seared on the outside and tender on the inside, this dish is sure to impress your dinner guests.
ingredients
- 4 ribeye steaks (8 oz each)
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a bowl, combine orange juice, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Place steaks in a resealable bag and pour marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Remove steaks from marinade and discard excess liquid.

Grill steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to desired doneness.
