ingredients
- 1 haggis, casing removed and crumbled
- 1 large sweet potato, diced
- 1 cup orzo
- 1 bunch cavolo nero, chopped
- 2 tbsp rose harissa paste
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 4 cups water
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a large pot, brown the haggis over medium heat until cooked through.
