ingredients
- 1 cup dry green lentils
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
