Start your day with a delicious, high-protein sandwich packed with nutrients and flavors. This satisfying breakfast features a lean turkey patty, fluffy egg whites, creamy avocado, and tangy tomato all nestled between whole wheat English muffins.

- 2 egg whites
- 1 whole wheat English muffin, split
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
