- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
