- 2.5 lbs Dark Liquid Malt Extract
- 1.5 Gallons Monarch's Choice Baker's Special Honey
- Acid Suppl'mt: lemon juice
- Yeast Nutrient: yeast nutrients
- 1 packet of yeast

In a large pot, combine warm water, malt syrup, honey, and lemon juice.

Stir until fully dissolved and bring to a boil.
- 3.
Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
- 4.
Transfer mixture to a sanitized fermentation container and add yeast nutrient.
- 5.
Sprinkle yeast on top and cover with a lid.
- 6.
Let ferment for 2 weeks, then bottle and carbonate.
- 7.
Enjoy chilled!
