Honey Mustard Fried Noodles

- 8 oz noodles (preferably egg noodles or ramen noodles)
- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup snow peas
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
