ingredients
- 1 gallon of water
- 3 cups of honey
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 1 packet of mead yeast
- 1 teaspoon of acid blend (optional)
- 1 teaspoon of yeast nutrient (optional)
- 1 cinnamon stick (optional)

In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
