- 7 lbs Heidelberg grains
- 4 lbs Jasmine Rice
- 10 g Sorachi Ace hops (0 min First Wort)
- 15 g Sorachi Ace hops (10 min Boil)
- 30 g Sorachi Ace hops (1 min Boil)
- Imperial Yeast L28 Urkel

- 1.
Crush grains and mash with rice in hot water at 152°F for 60 minutes
- 2.
Boil wort with hops at specified times
- 3.
Chill wort to 68°F and transfer to fermenter
- 4.
Pitch yeast and ferment at 50-55°F for 2 weeks
- 5.
Bottle or keg and carbonate to 2.5 volumes of CO2
