Lavash Envelopes with Mushrooms and Chicken

- 4 sheets of lavash bread
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped dill
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onions until golden brown. Add chicken and cook until browned. Add mushrooms and cook until softened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
