ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- Juice and zest of 2 lemons
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 tbsp poppyseeds

Preheat oven to 375°F and line muffin tin.
