This hearty casserole is a festive twist on classic comfort food, filled with layers of tender corned beef, creamy mashed potatoes, and savory cabbage. Perfect for celebrating St. Patrick's Day with friends and family!
ingredients
- 1 lb cooked corned beef, shredded
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 2 cups cooked cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup green onions, diced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
