ingredients
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup frozen vegetable medley
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 dried chiles, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 cups low sodium vegetable broth
- 2 tsp barbecue sauce
