ingredients
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons miso paste
- 2 cups assorted vegetables (such as carrots, mushrooms, spinach, and scallions)
- 1 block soft tofu, cubed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: sliced seaweed for garnish
