- 2 lbs beef stew meat, cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp sweet paprika
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup canned crushed tomatoes
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- Salt and pepper to taste
