- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb assorted mushrooms (cremini, shiitake, portobello), sliced
- 1 cup red wine | red pyment
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
