Nacho Fatteh

ingredients
- 2 cups tortilla chips
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup chickpeas
- 3 Armenian soujok sausages, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Arrange the tortilla chips in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 5 minutes until they are slightly toasted. Set aside.

In a small skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
