ingredients
- 2 lbs malt extract
- 3 lbs Bearded Tree Fir Tip Honey
- 1 oz juniper berries
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 oz hops
- 1 packet ale yeast
steps

Heat malt extract and honey in water to dissolve.

Add juniper berries, cinnamon, ginger, and hops. Simmer for 30 mins.
- 3.
Cool mixture and transfer to fermenter. Add yeast.
- 4.
Ferment for 2 weeks, then bottle.
- 5.
Allow to carbonate for 1 week before serving.
