ingredients
- 2 lbs Juniper berries
- 4 lbs Honey
- 4 lbs Malted barley
- 2 oz Hops
- 1 packet Ale yeast
- Water
steps
- 1.
Crush juniper berries and steep in hot water.
- 2.
Add honey to juniper water, bring to boil.
- 3.
Boil malted barley and hops in separate pot.
- 4.
Combine both mixtures in primary fermenter.
- 5.
Add yeast and ferment for 2 weeks.
- 6.
Bottle and condition for 2 months.
