ingredients
- 3 lbs honey
- 2 lbs pale malt
- 1 oz hops
- 1 packet ale yeast
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- Water
steps
- 1.
Heat water to 160°F, add malt, steep for 30 min

Boil malt extract, honey, and hops for 60 min
- 3.
Add cloves, cool wort to 70°F, transfer to fermenter
- 4.
