A flavorful veggie burger combining chickpeas and egg whites with a hint of pesto, topped with gooey mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes on a whole grain bun.
ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tbsp pesto
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 4 whole grain burger buns

In a food processor, blend chickpeas, egg whites, and pesto until smooth.

Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in breadcrumbs.

Form into 4 patties and cook on a greased skillet for 4-5 minutes per side.
