Indulge in a savory twist with this creamy and cheesy pasta featuring tender beef, peppers, onions, and gooey melted cheese sauce.
ingredients
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil and cook steak until browned. Remove from skillet.

Saute peppers and onions until softened, then add back the steak.
