Nutrient-dense bites for balanced hormones and energy.
ingredients
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 cup dried figs
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup flaxseeds
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
steps
- 1.
Blend dates and figs in a food processor.
- 2.
Add seeds, protein powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- 3.
Mix well and then add olive oil; pulse to combine.
- 4.
Shape into 12 balls and store in the fridge for up to two weeks.
