ingredients
- 23 lbs Pale Ale Malt
- 1 lb Crystal Red Malt™
- 3 oz Cascade Hops
- 3 oz Centennial Hops
- WLP686 Zygosaccharomyces lentus yeast
steps
- 1.
Mash Pale Ale and Crystal Red Malt at 152°F for 60 mins
- 2.
Boil wort, adding Cascade hops at 60 mins and Centennial at 15 mins
- 3.
Chill and ferment with Zygosaccharomyces lentus for 10 days
- 4.
Bottle and carbonate for 2 weeks
