- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1 packet beef ramen noodles (discard seasoning packet)
- ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¾ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
- 1½ tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
