Savory Asian Chicken Wings with Noodles

Savory Asian Chicken Wings with Noodles
ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 4 oz rice noodles
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 4 scallions, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
steps
- 1.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- 2.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, grated ginger, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- 3.
Toss the chicken wings in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 4.
Once marinated, place the chicken wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
- 5.
While the wings are cooking, prepare the rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- 6.
In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Sauté the sliced bell pepper and half the scallions until they are tender.
- 7.
Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to combine with the bell peppers evenly. Adjust seasoning if needed.
- 8.
To serve, place a portion of the noodles on each plate, top with crispy chicken wings, and garnish with the remaining scallions.
