ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped green olives
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten
- Sesame seeds for topping

In a skillet, brown ground beef with onions, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
