- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup green olives, sliced
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a skillet, brown ground beef with onions, peppers, and garlic. Add cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Stir in green olives and let mixture cool.

Spoon beef mixture down the center of the pastry.
