Savory Chicken and Bacon Bake

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 6 slices of bacon, chopped
- 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced (red, green, and yellow)
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
