ingredients
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup Chinese barbecued pork, diced
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup scallions, diced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.

Add barbecued pork and scallions, cook for 3-4 minutes.

Push pork mixture to the side, pour beaten eggs into the skillet.

Scramble eggs until cooked through, then mix with pork mixture.
