Savory Farro and Penne Bolognese

- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for garnish

In a medium saucepan, cook farro according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
