Easy Oven-Baked Parmesan Chicken Pasta
ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced
- 8 oz angel hair pasta
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In a skillet, sauté garlic, zucchini, asparagus, and mushrooms.

Stir in cream of chicken soup, milk, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until thickened.

Add chicken to the skillet and cook until no longer pink.

In a baking dish, combine pasta, chicken mixture, and sauce.
