Warm up with this hearty stew featuring tender deer meat, sweet corn, and earthy mushrooms cooked to perfection in the instant pot. A comforting and satisfying meal ready in a fraction of the time.
ingredients
- 1 lb frozen deer meat, cut into chunks
- 1 can of corn, drained
- 1 can of mushrooms, drained
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp flour
- Mashed potatoes or crusty bread for serving

Set the instant pot to sauté mode and heat olive oil. Add deer meat, onion, and garlic. Sauté until meat is browned.

Sprinkle flour over the meat and stir to coat.
