- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
- ½ teaspoon dried sage
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- ¾ cup water (more if needed for desired consistency)

Place cashews in a bowl, cover with boiling water, and let soak for 1 hour. Drain and rinse.
