- 1 cup orzo (2 packs)
- 1 cup long-grain rice (1 pack)
- 2 cups long-grain microwavable rice (2 packs)
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 tins baked beans (large or small)
- 1 cup grilled peppers
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups water or vegetable stock
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
