- 4 medium Potatoes, diced
- 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 2 Carrots, diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Fresh Parsley for serving
