Spinach Mushroom Galette

A delightful vegetarian galette filled with sautéed spinach, mushrooms, and creamy ricotta cheese. The buttery crust complements the earthy flavors for a delicious meal or appetizer.

- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a skillet, sauté spinach, mushrooms, and garlic until spinach is wilted and mushrooms are browned. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Roll out pie crust on a baking sheet. Spread ricotta cheese on the crust, leaving a 2-inch border.
