- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1 lb rigatoni pasta
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Marinate flank steak slices in olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper for at least 1 hour.

Cook rigatoni according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

In a skillet, sear steak until browned on both sides, then set aside.
