- 12 jarred sweet cherry peppers
- 8 oz queso fresco, crumbled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Drain and rinse the jarred sweet cherry peppers.

Slice off the tops of the cherry peppers and remove the seeds.
