Tangy Teriyaki Jalapeño Poppers with Sweet & Sour Dipping Sauce
ingredients
- 12 large jalapeños
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp poppy seed dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sweet and sour sauce for dippingDipping Sauce:
- 1/4 cup sweet and sour sauce
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 3 tbsp stone ground mustard

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cut jalapeños in half, remove seeds and ribs.

In a bowl, mix ground beef with cheese, breadcrumbs, teriyaki sauce, poppy seed dressing, salt, and pepper.

Stuff jalapeño halves with meat mixture.
- 5.
Place on a baking sheet, bake for 20 minutes.
- 6.
Serve poppers hot with sweet and sour dipping sauce on the side.
