Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside fritters made with mashed taro root, herbs, and spices. Perfect for a gluten-free vegan snack or side dish.
ingredients
- 2 medium taro roots, peeled and grated
- 1/4 cup chickpea flour
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
