ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb mussels, cleaned and debearded
- 1 lb white fish fillets, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup fish stock
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
steps

Heat olive oil in a potjie pot over medium heat.

Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened.

Stir in crushed tomatoes, fish stock, and white wine.

Season with paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.

Bring to a simmer, then add shrimp, mussels, and fish.

Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until seafood is cooked through.
