Crispy tofu bites glazed in sesame sauce with vibrant broccoli. A flavorful, nutrient-packed vegan meal perfect for lunch or dinner.
ingredients
- 1 block extra-firm tofu, drained and cubed
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Cooked rice, for serving

Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss tofu cubes in cornstarch until coated. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway.

In a saucepan, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, syrup, garlic, and ginger. Simmer until slightly thickened.

In a separate pan, sauté broccoli until tender. Add tofu and sauce, stir to coat.
