- For the Kung Pao Chicken:- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil- 1 red bell pepper, diced- 1/2 cup unsalted peanuts- 3 cloves garlic, minced- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced- 2 tablespoons soy sauce- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar- 1 tablespoon Sichuan chili oil- 1 teaspoon sugar
- For the Scallion Pancakes:- 2 cups all-purpose flour- 1 cup boiling water- 1/2 cup chopped scallions- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
