- 1 lb bacon, diced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp chili powder

Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
