Crispy Arti-Bacon Bites

- 20 canned artichoke hearts, drained and halved
- 10 slices of bacon, cut in half
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon zest, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.

Dip each artichoke heart half into the mixture, ensuring it is well coated.

Take a bacon half and wrap it around an artichoke half, securing with a toothpick. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- 5.
Place the wrapped artichokes on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the bacon is crispy, turning halfway through.
- 6.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Remove toothpicks before serving.
